Kandy Esala Perahera 2025 Tickets Terms & Conditions- Foreign & Local Citizen

• Booking Confirmation: We only accept bookings that have been confirmed. Please ensure you receive confirmation from us before proceeding.

• Child Policy: Children are not eligible for discounted rates; each must pay for a seat.

• Full Payment: Full payment is required upon reservation confirmation. No credit facilities or refunds are provided.

• Block Reservations: Block reservations are not accepted; each booking must be made individually.

• Change of Viewing Gallery: If a change occurs, sufficient notice will be provided.

• Cancellation Fee: LKR 5000 per seat will be charged for confirmed reservation cancellations.

• Driver/Guide Instructions: Drivers/guides should bring guests by 3:00 PM for Night Perahera, 11:00 AM for Day Perahera.

• Road Barriers: We are not responsible for delays caused by road barriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Route Changes: We are not responsible for sudden route changes due to security reasons, but will accommodate guests as per the revised route.

• Reservation Amendments: We will provide sufficient notice of any reservation amendments; no last-minute changes.

• Early Reservations: Due to limited seating, early reservations are recommended.

• Perahera Starting Time: The starting time depends on auspicious times determined by Sri Dalada Maligawa. Exact timings will be communicated.
