📋 Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are accepted only upon official confirmation from AstoundingBI.com. Kindly ensure you receive a confirmation before proceeding with payment.
  • Child Policy: Children are required to purchase a full-priced seat. No discounted rates are applicable.
  • Full Payment: Full payment is required upon confirmation. We do not offer credit facilities or provide refunds.
  • Block Reservations: We do not accept block reservations. Each booking must be made individually.
  • Change of Viewing Gallery: If there is any change in the allocated viewing gallery, we will inform you in advance.
  • Driver/Guide Instructions: Please ensure your driver/guide brings guests to the correct location on time. Night Perahera: 5:00 PM  |  Day Perahera: 11:00 AM.
  • Road Barriers: We are not responsible for delays caused by road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Route Changes: Sudden route changes may occur due to security reasons. Seating will be arranged along the routes announced by the Sri Dalada Maligawa.
  • Reservation Amendments: Any changes to reservations will be communicated in advance. We avoid last-minute amendments.
  • Early Reservations: Due to limited seating, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred location.
  • Perahera Start Time: Start time depends on auspicious times set by the Sri Dalada Maligawa. We will notify you once confirmed.
  • Pricing: USD prices apply to foreign nationals. LKR prices apply to Sri Lankan nationals (Rate: 1 USD = LKR 314).

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Once full payment is made for a confirmed reservation, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No Refunds for No-Shows: If guests do not attend the pageant after making a confirmed reservation, no refunds will be issued.
  • Booking Reminder: Please ensure that reservations are confirmed before making any payment, as refunds cannot be provided for any reason once payment is completed.
