Terms & Conditions

Preorder Confirmation: All preorders must be confirmed with full payment in advance.

No Refund Policy: No refunds or credit will be provided under any circumstances.

Unique Seat Numbers: We want to highlight that at every location, each seat is uniquely numbered. Due to strict seat limitations and to ensure every guest receives the exact seat they pay for, our system strictly prevents the issuance of duplicate vouchers for the same seat. Additionally, once your preorder is placed, we will immediately make full payment to the venue on your behalf to secure the seats. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, the full fee will still be due.

Child Policy: Children are required to pay the full seat price.

Advance Notice for Changes: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance.

Price & Seat Availability: Prices and seat availability are subject to change. Early preorder is strongly recommended.

Driver/Guide Instructions: Kindly inform your driver or guide about the designated drop-off locations and times:

– Night Perahera: 3:00 PM

– Day Perahera: 11:00 AM

Road Barriers: We are not responsible for any delays caused by roadblocks or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Route Changes: We cannot be held responsible for last-minute changes to the procession route due to security reasons.
