Terms & Conditions

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance.

• No refunds or credit will be provided under any circumstances.

  • We want to highlight that at every location, each seat is uniquely numbered. Due to strict seat limitations and to ensure every guest receives the exact seat they pay for, our system strictly prevents the issuance of duplicate vouchers for the same seat. Additionally, once your order is placed, we will immediately make full payment to the venue on your behalf to secure the reservation. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, the full fee will still be due.

• Children are required to pay the full seat price.

• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance.

• Prices and seat availability are subject to change. Early booking is strongly recommended.

• Kindly inform your driver or guide about the designated drop-off locations and times:

  • 3:00 PM for Night Perahera

  • 11:00 AM for Day Perahera

• Road Barriers: We are not responsible for any delays caused by roadblocks or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Route Changes: We cannot be held responsible for last-minute changes to the procession route due to security reasons.
