Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. They outline the rules, responsibilities, and limitations related to purchasing and using tickets for the Kandy Esala Perahera 2025. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by all the conditions stated below. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, fair, and secure experience for all participants.
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering our services for booking Perahera Seats. We value your cooperation and would like to provide you with the following important information:
- Booking Confirmation: We only accept bookings that have been confirmed. Therefore, please ensure that you receive a confirmation from us before proceeding with your reservation.
- Child Policy: Children are not eligible for a discounted rate and must pay for a seat like any other guest.
- Full Payment: Upon confirmation of your reservation, full payment is required. We do not offer credit facilities or refunds, so please be certain before making a reservation.
- Block Reservations: We regret to inform you that we do not accept block reservations. Each booking needs to be made individually.
- Change of Viewing Gallery: In the event of a change in the assigned viewing gallery, we will provide you with sufficient notice to make necessary arrangements.
- Cancellation Fee: Should you decide to cancel your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of LKR 5,000 per seat will be charged. Please ensure that you are certain before making a reservation to avoid incurring this fee.
- Driver/Guide Instructions: Kindly inform your driver/guide about the designated locations and timings for your guests to be brought to the Perahera. The designated time is 3:00 PM for the Night Perahera and 11:00 AM for the Day Perahera.
- Road Barriers: We would like to bring to your attention that we are not responsible for any delays caused by road barriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Route Changes: We cannot be held responsible for sudden changes in routes due to security reasons. However, we will make arrangements to accommodate your guests on the routes announced by the Sri Dalada Maligawa.
- Reservation Amendments: In the event of any amendments to your reservation, we will provide you with sufficient notice and not make last-minute changes.
- Early Reservations: As there are limited seats available at our locations, we highly recommend making early reservations to secure your preferred seating.
- Perahera Starting Time: The starting time of the Perahera depends on the auspicious time determined by the Sri Dalada Maligawa. We will notify you of the exact timing accordingly.
